Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: running2win Mobile at 82% against GoHeels's 36%. running2win Mobile also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and iOS requirement (6.1 vs 17.0). GoHeels's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.5) and ratings volume (1.9K vs 26). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

GoHeels holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoHeels has 1.9K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of running2win Mobile's written reviews are positive against 36% of GoHeels's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

running2win Mobile ships an update every 4 months, GoHeels monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
