Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Attikos at none against Daily Scrolls's 4. Attikos also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (53 vs 1). Daily Scrolls's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 87%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
