Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Echo Guitar™ Lite at none against Factory's 1. Echo Guitar™ Lite also leads on iOS requirement (6.1 vs 17.6). Factory's advantage is ratings volume (487 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 7 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.
