Once the job is completed invoices and payments can be taken on site or processed by the office staff who immediately know when when a job is completed. Once invoicing is done all invoices can be synced to Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop or Sage 50(Canada), thus eliminating repeated data entry. The employee's timesheet is automatically populated from the time entered in the work order, and so removing the need to enter info in twice.
