The app automatically assigns transactions to GL codes, but cardholders and administrators have the option to complete a manual post-transaction assignment as well. The app also allows users to take smartphone pictures of receipts and assign those images to specific transactions while on-the-go, reducing the potential for lost receipts and making expense reporting easier and more accurate than ever before.
