Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Visual Anatomy Lite at 4.7 against Brain Anatomy's 4.0. Visual Anatomy Lite also leads on ratings volume (3.4K vs 24) and update cadence (every 8 months vs every 31 months). Brain Anatomy's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
