iRotorBalancer is a technical tool for balancing of rotating machinery in single-plane and two-planes. The iPad application connects to an external hardware to collect the vibration Amplitude and Phase with an accelerometer and Optical Sensor, and calculates the correction balancing weights and its angular positions. The app is designed to test drive different Machine Condition Monitoring sensors, connect to them and plot the Time Waveform graph and the Vibration Spectrum in Acceleration, dB and Velocity. The app will auto-calibrate to each sensor and provides data acquisition with different sampling rates and number of samples.
