Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Crazy Quad at 5.0 against Mini Turbo GP's 3.8. Mini Turbo GP's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 25%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Crazy Quad holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mini Turbo GP has 76 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Crazy Quad's written reviews are positive against 60% of Mini Turbo GP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Crazy Quad ships an update every 11 months, Mini Turbo GP every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
