Todo4 is the to-do app built for a world where your AI is doing half the work. Whether you just want a clean, fast task list in your pocket or you're the kind of person who tells Claude to "sort out my week" while you sip coffee — Todo4 was made for you. JUST NEED A SOLID DAILY DRIVER? YOU'RE HOME. Capture tasks in a tap — title, due date, priority, tags, subtasks, notes, it's all here. The Tasks view is zero-clutter, with To-Do / In Progress / Done tabs and a search bar that actually finds what you mean. Drag to reorder. Swipe through subtasks. Add comments. Edit everything with your thumb. Needs Attention pulls anything urgent — overdue, waiting on you, or flagged — straight to the top so nothing slips. Offline? No problem. Your list is cached and ready, and Todo4 quietly resyncs the moment you're back online. Light, Dark, or System theme. Sign in with Apple, Google, or a passwordless email code — no passwords to forget. A gentle weekly summary every Monday so you can feel good about the week that was. RUNNING YOUR OWN AI AGENT? WELCOME, TRENDSETTER. Todo4 is one of the first task platforms built natively for MCP — the protocol that lets modern AI agents actually do things. Connect your agent once and let it create, update, close, and organize tasks on your behalf, from any chat surface you already live in. Works with Claude, OpenClaw, Hermes, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, mcporter, and more via standard MCP and OAuth. One-tap plugins for OpenClaw and Hermes get you connected in under two minutes. Claude Desktop users get a guided three-step wizard. Your agent creates a task from Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, or wherever else you chat with it — the task shows up on your phone within seconds, complete with agent attribution and reasoning. Smart, orchestrated writes let your agent patch fields, tick off subtasks, drop a comment, and close a task in a single call. Faster. Cheaper. Cleaner. TRUST, BUILT IN. Handing tasks to an AI should feel safe, not scary. Todo4 bakes that in. Destructive agent actions like bulk deletes pause at a confirmation gate and wait for your thumbs-up — push notification, tap, approve or reject, done. When your agent gets stuck, it flips the task to "waiting for human" and tells you; answer from the lock screen and it picks right back up. Every agent action includes the reasoning, not just the event. A full audit trail shows exactly what happened and why. Nothing is ever hard-deleted on a whim — soft-delete with recovery keeps you safe. And the weekly summary shows the human-versus-agent completion split, so you can watch your delegation confidence compound week by week. MOBILE IS NOT A WATERED-DOWN COMPANION. Todo4 on iOS has full parity with the web app. Approve, reject, answer, create, edit, reorder — all of it, on the go. Push notifications for agent activity, confirmation gates, and overdue tasks land within 30 seconds. Deep links jump you straight to the right screen. Toggle notifications per event type in Settings. Your phone is always closer than your laptop. Todo4 is what that means for task management in 2026. Download, connect your agent (or don't — it's great either way), and get your week back.
