Pitty Pat is a very simple matching game where play is solely based on the rank of the cards. The first person to make three pairs starting from a five card hand is the winner. Most hands take only a few minutes to play, and oftentimes less than that. Anyone can squeeze a game of Pitty Pat in at any given time. You match wits against three robo players. The orange box indicates whose turn it is. The purple box indicates whose pull it is. You can turn off the "if need a card" prompt in options. If it is turned off, the game will automatically check to see if you need the card.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Cassino! at 3.8 against Pitty Pat's 1.8. Cassino! also leads on ratings volume (302 vs 12) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). Pitty Pat's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cassino! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Pitty Pat asks for nothing beyond the download.
Cassino! holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cassino! has 302 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Cassino!'s written reviews are positive against 50% of Pitty Pat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Cassino! ships an update every 2 months, Pitty Pat every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
