Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Co at none against MEGA + WELL's shown. Co also leads on ratings volume (141 vs 3) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). MEGA + WELL's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Co holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Co has 141 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
MEGA + WELL ships an update monthly, Co every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
