Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Program TV Telemagazyn at free against MyApple Magazyn's free with in-app purchases. Program TV Telemagazyn also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). MyApple Magazyn's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 24%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1).
