SnapSim est une application innovante mise en place par Ooredoo pour optimiser la remontée de contrats ainsi que l’activation des cartes SIM ; il s’agit d’une solution numérique intuitive et efficace, permettant de simplifier les processus et d'accroître l'efficacité de nos POS L'application assure actuellement la remontée digitale des contrats, le déblocage des SIM et l'apposition de signatures numériques pour le processus d'Activation. Les processus de Swap et de Régularisation seront intégrés prochainement. De plus, SnapSim intègre une technologie de reconnaissance optique de caractères (OCR) et le NFC pour une capture automatique des documents, minimisant ainsi la saisie manuelle fastidieuse en résumé, SnapSim offre une expérience utilisateur transparente et efficiente pour la gestion des contrats et l'activation des SIM
