Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: uDisk at 84% against ExternalStorage's 0%. uDisk also leads on rating (4.3 vs 3.3) and ratings volume (233 vs 6). ExternalStorage's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
