Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: uDisk at 84% against i's 33%. uDisk also leads on rating (4.3 vs 2.5) and ratings volume (233 vs 4). i's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
