Mark what happened. See what repeats. Daybits is a quiet, private way to remember the small recurring things in your life — coffee, workouts, headaches, good days, calls home — and to notice the patterns that emerge over time. It's deliberately not a habit tracker. There are no goals, no streaks, and no missed-day guilt. You just mark a "bit" when it happens, and Daybits builds memory from there. One tap, from anywhere • Tap a tile to mark a bit for today — that's the whole interaction • Interactive Home Screen widgets: mark bits without ever opening the app • Siri & Shortcuts: "Mark Workout," or automate it by time or place • Mark past days too — just swipe back See what repeats • A clean history view for every bit • Plain-language summaries like "usually every 5–7 days" • Pattern signals between activities — what tends to appear together, and what tends to follow what • Honest, careful language: "appears with," "followed by," "possible," "emerging" — never causes, diagnoses, or judgments Private by design • No account, no login, no sign-up • Your data lives on your device, full stop • Nothing is synced or sent anywhere unless you explicitly turn it on • Export everything any time as JSON or CSV Make it yours • Custom names, colors, icons, and categories for every bit • Light, dark, or system themes — and your choice of which screen opens first • Optional daily reminders and a weekly look-back, entirely on your terms On-device intelligence On supported devices, Daybits can turn your patterns into natural-language insights using Apple's on-device AI — privately, right on your iPhone. Daybits Pro The free app is fully useful and never locks you out of your own data. Pro lifts limits and adds depth: • Unlimited bits (free includes 5) • Advanced history visualizations — monthly strips, weekly rhythm, calendar like views • AI analysis, on-device first, with optional remote models • Custom widget groups and backup import Start empty, or start with a few suggested bits. Mark one when it appears — and let Daybits remember the rest. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Velo Antwerpen at none against DayBits's 3. DayBits's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
