Verdict

The call

Terremoto and EarthQuake+ both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 82% of Terremoto's written reviews are positive against 45% of EarthQuake+'s. Terremoto also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). EarthQuake+'s advantage is ratings volume (2.3K vs 370). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
