See "today was a good day" as a difference, not a feeling. JIBUN SCORE lets you score your day once, then compares today's you with your usual you. Never with other people: only with you over the previous 30 days, today excluded. No rankings, no population averages, nothing to show anyone. No account, and records never leave your device. --- Done in 30 seconds --- Rate four things: work, life, body and mind, 1 to 10 on a single scale bar. Items open one at a time as you answer, or all at once. --- "Against your usual" is the point --- The number travels from your usual average to today's value: that distance is today's difference. Each item is a bar: the fill is today, the thin line is your usual self. Up and down always carry a symbol, so they read in greyscale too. After ten days, a faint band marks your usual range. The same +0.5 is nothing if you swing a lot and big if you rarely move, so size is measured by your own swing. --- No difference without grounds --- Until three days of records exist, no difference and no arrow appear: a two-day average is not "your usual self". Even then, a day you record gets one line back: its highest and lowest item. --- A day off work is not a bad day --- Items that did not happen can be marked "not applicable". They never count as zero, and overall scores are compared only between days with the same set of items. Tell the app which days you work, and Saturday opens with work set to none. --- More, only if you want it --- Choose Simple or Detailed. Detailed adds sleep (1-10), sleep time, and whether you ate breakfast, lunch and dinner. Settings can also add bedtime, wake-up and last meal times. Added items appear on a second panel, "Lifestyle". No typing: times use the same scale bar in 15-minute steps. Log bedtime and wake-up, and sleep time fills itself in. One tap answers all three meals. The overall score formula never changes, because added items stay out of it, so skipping them leaves nothing missing. Time is never turned into points: "seven hours is a ten" is the world's ideal, not yours. --- Record, and something comes back --- When you save, one line appears under your score: that today fell outside your usual swing, which item moved most, or that everything landed at your usual level. It never praises and never pushes. --- Looking back --- History draws your scores against a dashed line for your own average; days without a record stay as gaps. Below are averages by weekday and by month, so you can see whether your usual self has shifted. If you log bedtimes, you also see how steady they are, never whether early or late is better. --- Three questions, fixed in advance --- As records build up, History answers three set questions: days off work versus work days (life, body and mind only), the day after longer versus shorter sleep, and weeks with a steady versus varied bedtime. The splits come from your own records, not general norms. Small differences show the same way as large ones, each marked "a relationship, not a cause". The app never hunts through every pairing for the strongest link: with so few items, one always turns up by chance. --- The encouragement switches off --- A streak, a monthly rate, badges and confetti on save. Turn off "Show encouragement" and all of it goes. The streak holds while today is unrecorded, as long as yesterday was. --- One notification a day --- One wording, never changed however long it is ignored, and never on a day you have recorded. Permission is asked once, after your first entry is saved. --- Your data is yours --- Export JSON and CSV any time, and read exported JSON back in to move to a new phone. Importing never overwrites a day you have. --- A quiet screen --- Nothing moves for decoration. Dark mode, Reduce Motion, VoiceOver and TalkBack are supported; the scale bar reads as a single slider. Note: this app is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and gives no health advice.
