Toggle aurora probability heatmap overlay to spot where the lights are dancing now. Switch between dark and NASA satellite night themes. Day/night terminator zones show viewing windows instantly. Tap anywhere on the globe to check aurora probability and add tracking locations. AURORA SCORE Aurora Score combines space weather, magnetic latitude, darkness, clouds, and moonlight into a 0–100 viewing score. It is a model score, not a calibrated probability. SMART AURORA ALERTS Alerts are sent only for your active locations. We factor in darkness, cloud cover, moonlight, and geomagnetic activity, so an alert means a high chance, not a 100% guarantee. Forecast, storm, KP, and solar flare alerts are heads-ups to get ready. Before heading out, open the map to confirm conditions. 72-HOUR FORECAST Hourly aurora predictions paired with weather data.
