Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MO 4Media at 3.8 against Z's 2.0. MO 4Media also leads on ratings volume (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.3 vs 16.6). Z's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (50% vs 40%). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MO 4Media sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per year. Z asks for nothing beyond the download.
MO 4Media holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Z's written reviews are positive against 40% of MO 4Media's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
