BabyHunch turns every milestone of your little one into a game your friends & family can play. It starts with the big question — boy or girl? — but it doesn't stop there. Add a baby once, then layer on as many "hunches" as you like: the birth date, the weight, the time of arrival, the name, eye color, even the first word a year later. Each one is its own friendly guessing game with its own reveal. Invite friends & family a single time and they're in for everything. They lock in a guess on their phone; picks stay secret until the moment of truth. As the parent, you seal the real answer ahead of time and reveal it your way — set a countdown so everyone's alerted the instant it's time, or go full Party Mode and reveal it live with a 3…2…1 and a burst of confetti. Everyone finds out together, with a leaderboard of who nailed it (closest guess wins on dates and weights). Between reveals, the fun keeps going: post updates so everyone gets the little moments, talk a little trash on the banter board, send good vibes and chase milestone celebrations, earn badges like The Oracle and The Wildcard, and seal notes in the Time Capsule — letters to your baby that open the day they arrive. Add your baby registry, too, so guests can find it right from the invite. No money, no gambling — just bragging rights and a joyful way to share the journey. • One baby, unlimited hunches — sex, name, birth stats, first word, and more • Invite friends & family once; they're in for every hunch you add • Guesses stay hidden until each reveal • Points, leaderboards, and badges — closest guess wins on dates and weights • Party Mode: a live 3…2…1 reveal for the big moment • Parent updates, good vibes, banter, and a Time Capsule of notes • Share your baby registry right in the invite • Private by design — your data lives in your iCloud, with no tracking or ads

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: BabyHunch at weekly against PCPC's every 3 months. PCPC's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 2) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for PCPC against 5.0 for BabyHunch. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PCPC has 12 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
PCPC ships an update every 3 months, BabyHunch weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
