Candy Pizza Maker! by Bluebear also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). Cake games's advantage is ratings volume (4K vs 781). Both are free to download. Candy Pizza Maker! by Bluebear sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Cake games sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Candy Pizza Maker! by Bluebear holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cake games has 4K ratings behind it against 781, so its average is the more settled of the two.
