Puertos del Estado presenta iMar, su aplicación para dispositivos móviles que permite conocer el estado del mar, tanto en tiempo real como para los próximos días. Acceda a información detallada de oleaje, nivel del mar, viento, presión atmosférica, temperatura del agua, etc. para cada localidad, playa y puerto de España. La aplicación permite la creación y gestión de ubicaciones favoritas, facilitando así un acceso inmediato a la información. Adicionalmente, se proporcionan mapas animados de previsión de viento y oleaje, así como un completo sistema de alerta para la costa que permite evaluar el estado del mar en toda España de un solo vistazo. La información en tiempo real se actualiza al minuto para los mareógrafos, cada hora para las boyas y dos veces al día para los sistemas de previsión. Todos los datos provienen de los sistemas de medida y modelos de Puertos del Estado, a excepción de las salidas de los modelos numéricos de viento que son proporcionadas por AEMET.
