Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MoviePro at 4.4 against Continue Camera's 2.8. MoviePro also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MoviePro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and Continue Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MoviePro has 1.8K ratings behind it against 52, so its average is the more settled of the two. MoviePro ships an update every 2 weeks, Continue Camera every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
