Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Falk Maps at 5.0 against OpenstreetNavigation's 3.8. OpenstreetNavigation's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (11.2 vs 13.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
