The clearest difference is rating: اليوم السابع at 4.0 against Al Jadeed's 3.2. اليوم السابع also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and review sentiment (44% vs 28%). Al Jadeed's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
