Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: MGR Online at none against MCOT Connect's shown. MGR Online also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and review sentiment (35% vs 26%). MCOT Connect's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
