The clearest difference is review sentiment: WCBE at 100% against PromoWest Live's 50%. WCBE also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). PromoWest Live's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
