Build the title and body from the payload your service sends. - Conditions. Notify only when it matters, like status == "error" or price > 50000. - Channels and subscriptions. Share a channel with your team; everyone picks their own urgency. - Direct keys. Fire a one-off alert without setting up a channel. WHO IT'S FOR On-call developers watching servers, deploys, and CI.
