Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: GoHeels at 4.7 against ECH Wildcats's 2.2. GoHeels also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (1.9K vs 14). ECH Wildcats's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
