Sipoleon is the wine app for both wine drinkers and the people who make, sell, and serve it—one platform, two connected experiences. FOR WINE LOVERS Snap a photo of any wine label and let Sipoleon's AI do the rest. It reads the label, cross-checks the producer against real-world data, and builds a complete profile — region, appellation, grape variety, vintage, classification, tasting profile, food pairing, and drinking window — then adds the wine to your personal cellar. • Track your cellar: quantities, what you've opened, sold, or traded, and where each bottle came from • Log tasting notes and personal ratings, and revisit your full drinking history • Build a wishlist organized into folders for wines you want to find next • Photograph a restaurant wine list and get instant AI picks with reasoning • Follow other members and see what they're drinking in a real activity feed, with reactions and comments • Host group blind tastings — invite friends, everyone rates independently, then reveal the results together • Trade bottles directly with other collectors, straight from your own cellar • Check in at the wine bars you visit • Learn as you go with a grape variety encyclopedia, structured wine courses, and guides to soils, labels, and tasting technique FOR WINE PROFESSIONALS Producers, wine bars, importers/exporters, wine education providers, and wine storage operators each get dedicated business tools inside the same app: • Producers: manage your full catalogue, map your vineyard areas, preview upcoming releases before launch, and track profile views and wine-card clicks • Wine bars: publish your list and menu, collect customer reviews, and see who's checking in • Import/export: list your portfolio, attend trade fairs, and field wholesale enquiries • Education providers: run structured courses with enrolment, live in-class blind tastings, quizzes, and certificates • Wine cellar operators: manage member storage requests and view member inventory Every business account also gets a document library, a photo gallery, and a connections layer to reach producers, bars, and buyers directly in the app. Whether you're building a personal cellar or growing a wine business, Sipoleon brings the whole industry into one place.
