MitOUT is the water-mitigation field app for the tech standing in the wet house. Scan a room with your iPhone or type the tape measurement, and MitOUT builds a tappable 3D sketch. Tap the walls to mark the flood cut, paint the wet floor, drop in air movers and dehumidifiers, and log moisture readings day by day. When the house is scoped, send a crew work order, a drying record and a line-item estimate CSV to your office. WORKS ON ANY IPHONE OR IPAD Room scanning uses the LiDAR scanner on iPhone Pro and iPad Pro models, and it is optional. On any other device tap TYPE THE SIZE and enter the tape measurement; every other feature is the same. The camera is used only for walk-in and walk-out photos. TRY IT BEFORE A REAL JOB Tap TRY THE SAMPLE HOUSE on the first screen to open a fully scoped house: cuts on every wall, the painted floor, the equipment plan, two days of readings and the estimate lines. Nothing you do in the sample leaves your device, and one tap removes it. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • One question per screen and big buttons that work in gloves • Works completely offline; nothing waits for a signal • Walk-in and walk-out photos stamped with the time and location • Flood cuts, wet-floor areas, equipment and readings roll up into the estimate lines • Drying record with pin-by-pin readings and dry goals SENDING TO THE OFFICE Signing in is optional and only sends your work to your company's office. Your company can issue you a code, or you can start your company right in the app with an email and password. Sign out and Delete my login are in Settings. Free. United States only. Nothing is sold in the app.
