Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TrueLook at 5.0 against WCCTV View's 2.7. TrueLook also leads on update cadence (every 10 months vs every 41 months). WCCTV View's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
