Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Timable at 71% against 新假期's 26%. 新假期's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.5) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
新假期 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Timable's written reviews are positive against 26% of 新假期's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Timable ships an update every 2 months, 新假期 every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
