Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Transparent Thermometer at 4.5 against Temperature Lite's 3.1. Transparent Thermometer also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months). Temperature Lite's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
