Verdict
壁纸大全 and 4K Live Wallpapers both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 91% of 壁纸大全's written reviews are positive against 0% of 4K Live Wallpapers's. 壁纸大全 also leads on ratings volume (394 vs 15). 4K Live Wallpapers's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 14.0).
