GridGrabber
Read full descriptionHide full description
Coordinates rarely arrive ready to use. They come buried in messages, field notes, reports and map links — mixed with names, times, instructions and other text. GridGrabber turns that information into a simple workflow: Paste → Extract → Check → Use. Paste the text as you received it. GridGrabber finds supported coordinates and brings the results together in one place — without making you clean up or retype the message first. Usable results are ready to copy, open in a map app or export as KML or GPX. If something is incomplete or ambiguous, GridGrabber keeps that uncertainty visible so you can check it before relying on it. GridGrabber supports MGRS, UTM, latitude/longitude and other common coordinate formats, as well as supported Apple Maps, Google Maps and Waze links. Core coordinate processing works offline and on your device. There is no account, analytics or activity history. Network access is only used when a supported map link needs external resolution and you choose to continue. GridGrabber doesn’t replace your map, navigation or reporting tools. It handles the step between receiving location information and using it. Less retyping. Less format juggling. Fewer avoidable mistakes.
