Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Conform at Free against Samplr's $19.99. Conform also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 12.0). Samplr's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (149 vs 5). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
