Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SliceTimeCam at 5.0 against Camera Cube's 3.4. SliceTimeCam also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Camera Cube's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
