Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: ErgRace Online at 44% against RegattaCentral's 18%. ErgRace Online also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). RegattaCentral's advantage is rating (3.4 vs 3.2). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
RegattaCentral holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 3.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 23 and 13 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of RegattaCentral's written reviews are positive against 44% of ErgRace Online's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
RegattaCentral ships an update every 6 months, ErgRace Online every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
