Garage Door Assistant
Read full descriptionHide full description
Garage Door Assistant connects your iPhone to your own Home Assistant installation and makes your garage available where you need it: on iPhone and in CarPlay. When you approach your garage, the app can show a local notification. This brings you back to the right action quickly, so you can open or close a configured garage door with a deliberate tap. The app never opens a door automatically. Every action is triggered manually and intentionally. You can try Garage Door Assistant free for 14 days. After that, the app can be unlocked permanently with a one-time In-App Purchase. Features: - Configurable garage doors and sliding doors with custom names, entity IDs, sensors, and icons - Manual control from iPhone and CarPlay - Local arrival reminder with a configurable geofence - Your own Home Assistant URL and long-lived access token - Test mode for setup, demos, and Apple Review - Local configuration storage on your device - Supported languages: English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish Garage Door Assistant is designed for private garage and Home Assistant setups. It is not a general home automation dashboard and does not browse arbitrary Home Assistant entities. Configuration, Home Assistant URL, and access token stay local on your device.
