About

Guess That Plane

Features

Turn the sky into a guessing game. Guess That Plane shows the real aircraft flying near you on a live map. Pick one you can see, make your guess, then reveal the answer. THREE WAYS TO PLAY • Origin: where did it take off? Name the airport, city or country. • Destination: where is it headed? Planes that have just taken off are marked, so they're easy to find. • Model: what is it? A320, 737-800, Dreamliner... An exact answer scores best. The right country, or the right aircraft family, counts as close. BUILD YOUR HANGAR Guess a plane exactly in Solo and it's parked in your hangar for that mode. The logbook keeps your rounds and running score, and the map shows which planes you've already guessed: green for right, blue for close, red for missed. PLAY WITH FRIENDS • Pass and play: up to four spotters sharing one phone. • Live games: 2 to 4 players, each on their own phone, join with a room code. The host picks a plane, everyone gets 30 seconds to guess, and the game ends with final standings. No sign-in needed. NO ADS, NO ACCOUNT NEEDED • No ads and no tracking. • Everything works signed out, and your history stays on your phone. • Optional Sign in with Apple syncs your scores and hangar across your devices. • Location is optional. Without it, move the map anywhere in the world and spot from there. GOOD TO KNOW Aircraft positions come from the community ADS-B networks adsb.lol and adsb.fi, and routes from public flight databases. Some flights, such as private ones, don't publish a route, so the app can't always check your guess. Coverage depends on volunteer receivers in your area. Map data: OpenStreetMap contributors, OpenMapTiles, OpenFreeMap.
