It's a passion project of mine and I hope it helps you as much as it has been helping me! If you're looking for a simple clock that can track the number of days you've been sober/clean/etc, then Nomo is perfect for you. You can create as many clocks as you need for any hurts, habits, or hang ups. Your clocks are completely private by default and will count those days for you. If you're looking for something more, just check under the hood. Urgency Diffuser — Thought Lock & Anxiety Relief Urgency Diffuser is a thought-locking app that helps you manage anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and decision fatigue by temporarily locking your thoughts away until you're ready to face them with a clear head. Write down the thought that's keeping you up. Set a time lock — 24 hours, 48 hours, up to a week. The app holds it. You move on. When the lock expires, you return with fresh perspective and decide how to handle it — or realize it already handled itself. WHO IT'S FOR People with anxiety who can't stop ruminating. Creatives who spiral on ideas at 2am. Anyone who doom scrolls, overthinks, or makes decisions they regret in the moment. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT No breathwork. No guided meditations. No subscriptions. No ads. No data leaving your device. Just a simple, private space to set down what's weighing on you. FEATURES — Time-locked thought journal: 24h, 48h, 72h, 1 week, or custom — Tags to categorize thoughts: anxiety, FOMO, late night ideas, and more — Patterns page to track resolution rates and peak anxiety times — 100% local storage — nothing is shared or sold — No account required Urgency Diffuser is for anyone who wants to think less in the moment and live more in the present.
