Verdict
The clearest difference is price: ACP Clinical Guidelines at Free against NephroCalc™'s $3.99. ACP Clinical Guidelines also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). NephroCalc™'s advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.0). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
