Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: SpikesOn.com at none against DP World Tour's shown. SpikesOn.com also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). DP World Tour's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and rating (2.7 vs 2.3). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
