「公務通」手機應用程式由澳門特別行政區政府行政公職局製作，配合統一電子帳戶、統一平台的智慧政務策略，為在職公務人員、退休公務人員及相關家屬，提供公務人員職業生涯所需的服務電子化申請，以及接收個人化的訊息通知。手機應用程式的服務將會不斷遞增，涵蓋服務亦趨向多樣化。
