The highly intuitive selection process of FittingFinder is well suited for both new design and in-the-field fitting identification. FittingFinder goes beyond a catalog selection tool. The Build Fitting functionality uses a sequence of visually aided steps to configure a fitting from a basic shape to final part number. By selecting key fitting attributes such as shape, end type(s), thread size, sealing method, and material – a part number with detailed specification attributes, drawing, pressure ratings, and links to 2D/3D CAD models is provided. FittingFinder solves this issue through its logical fitting selection and sizing methodology. The App easily helps navigate the common (AND LESS COMMON) threaded tube/hose end options such as JIC/37° Flare, ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal), SAE/Inch Flareless Bite-Type, Metric/DIN Bite Type, JIS 30° Flare, JIS 60° Cone, Komatsu 30° Metric Flare, NPSF Pipe Swivel and BSP Cone. Port ends such as Pipe/NPT, SAE O-Ring Boss, Metric, BSPT/BSPT, and SAE 4-Bolt Flange port connections are also selectable as part of the fitting configuration process. FittingFinder is not limited by the constraints of “catalogued standard parts” as the App configures and helps users identify custom fitting options as well. IQANgo is a user-friendly service tool for the IQAN series of controllers and displays. It enables service technicians or machine owners to connect wireless to IQAN modules in their machines and perform actions such as check system status, view logs, measure in real-time, and change settings. Wireless Connect via WiFi, Bluetooth, or the Internet to your IQAN system. All the data you see is live and in real-time. Remote assistance Use your smartphone as a "modem" to connect your machine to the Internet. This feature allows remote personnel to perform operations such as fault finding, software updates, configuration, calibration, and more, via the Internet. System overview IQANgo is a powerful troubleshooting tool. It features a system overview function, where you quickly find module or I/O related alarms or errors. You can also change settings such as date/time or language, and view module information such as serial number, software version, and more. And you can save or erase the content of a log when needed. Adjust IQANgo has a unique function for adjusting inputs, outputs, and parameters in real-time. It is also possible to reset a setting to its factory default value if needed.
