The clearest difference is rating: Al Mayadeen at 4.1 against Annahar's 1.0. Al Mayadeen also leads on ratings volume (138 vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). Annahar's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
