Halo My Mood is a thinking partner for your mind — a calm visual canvas where every thought becomes a colored circle you can look at, move, and work with. Most of the time our thoughts swirl invisibly. They feel huge, urgent, tangled. The moment you put a thought outside your head, it becomes a thing you can see instead of a thing that's looking back at you. Halo My Mood is built on that one idea: externalize, then work with. — Every thought is a circle — Capture a worry, a hope, an annoyance, a regret, or a moment of joy. Color shows the emotion family (Paul Ekman's seven basic emotions). Size shows how loud the thought is. Pulse rate shows how distressing it feels right now (SUDS 0–100). — Anchor thoughts to real moments — Attach a photo, a 30-second voice note, or a location label ("home", "work", "gym"). Anchored thoughts become evidence you can return to. — Guided CBT & ACT exercises — • AI Interview — a CBT-grounded thinking partner asks up to 6 short questions to help you articulate what happened, what supports the thought, and what counter-evidence exists. • Focus & Accept (ACT) — 4-7-8 breathing with tailored acceptance phrases. • Defusion (ACT) — Leaves on a Stream and Thank-Your-Mind exercises that create space between you and the thought. • Thought Record (CBT) — 4-step worksheet: Situation → Evidence For → Evidence Against → Balanced thought. — Voice-first when you want it — Dictate thoughts instead of typing. The AI replies in your chosen voice. Available in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, and German. — Your map, over time — A single circle is interesting. A canvas of circles, observed over weeks, becomes a portrait of your mental life. Patterns emerge — red around work, purple around health, stubborn pink around a relationship — and so do the white counter-thoughts you built to answer them. — Privacy first — No ads. No sale of data. You can delete your account and all your data in two taps from Settings. — Not a therapist — Halo My Mood is a tool, not a clinician. It works alongside (not instead of) any human support you have. If you're in crisis, please reach out to local emergency services or a qualified professional. Premium unlocks AI Interview, all four CBT/ACT exercises, voice dictation, AI spoken responses, and 5 languages. 7-day free trial, then $11.99/month or $79.99/year. Cancel anytime in Settings.
