Z serwisu eLicznik mogą korzystać wszyscy Klienci TAURON Dystrybucja, u których zamontowano Licznik Zdalnego Odczytu (LZO) i uruchomiono komunikację automatyczną z Systemem Zdalnego Odczytu.
